ACS Community Education provides quality childcare in a safe, structured, and fun environment for students grades PreK through Fifth.

After-School Care Program (PreK-5)

Sites are located at Creek View Elementary, Meadow View Elementary, and Thompson Intermediate. Students must enroll at the school they attend. Hours of operation are from the end of the school day until 6 p.m. Monday-Friday. After-School Care follows the ACS Code of Conduct, Board-Approved School Year Calendar, and inclement weather procedures along with Community Education Policies and Procedures. Should school close early, After-School Care will not be offered that day and all students must arrange for transportation to their homes.

Rates:
Registration Fee (nonrefundable): $50.00 one child, $75.00 family
Full Time Monthly Fee: $225.00/child, $175.00/child (free/reduced/ACS employee)
Pre-K Monthly Fee: $235.00/child, $185.00/child (free/reduced/ACS employee)
Drop-In Fee: $20/child/day

Enrichment Program
A variety of classes are offered during after school hours for an additional fee. To view classes offered at your school, click on the Enrichment Program tab. Students must register with the class instructor. All students attending enrichment classes must be registered with Community Education. To register use the REGISTER HERE {EZChildTrack Parent Portal} tab, select "After-School Enrichment" ONLY and choose the enrichment only activity. Children registered as enrichment only will need to be picked up after the class and will not be able to attend After-School Care. If your child needs to attend After-School Care, please register using the After-School Care Program and choose the drop-in activity. These students may attend the program if needed for $20/day.

Summer Camp
SUMMER CAMP (registration closed)
Summer Camp is offered to students entering Kindergarten (age 5) through exiting 5th grade, zoned for Alabaster City Schools. Weekly payment option only. All summer camp information is subject to change.
Champion Camps
Champion Camps are specialty camps created and taught by Alabaster City School's teachers. Camps are offered to children in our communtiy grades K-12th. Camps are typically one week and last 2-4 hours. Contact the teacher for registration details. Children may register for any camp(s) for their age group. Limited space available.

Champion Camps
Champion Camps are specialty camps offered to children in our community and taught by ACS teachers during the summer months.
You may register for any camp(s) for your ENTERING grade. Please contact the teacher of the camp for more information and registration details.
